A half-hour lifestyle television program focusing on new building development in Central Florida. Knapp joined the team in spring of 2007, after devoting two years to the WKMG network as a general assignment reporter.

As Knapp tells it, to work in news you must be confident and have a passion to succeed, even when faced with unparalleled challenges. Television, as a visual outlet, demands creativity on a deadline,With a variety of experience as a producer, writer and reporter, Samantha relishes her role as a provider of news and information. She works tirelessly in pursuit of stories that make a difference in people’s lives

“In my new position I can give our local community the inside skinny on Central Florida’s real estate,” said Knapp “Let them know what is hot and what is now.” Knapp admits that she has always had a passion for being on-air and a passion for interior design. “What can be better than fusing the two,” questioned Knapp. “I am eager to bring my knowledge of homes and what’s inside to our local viewers in a city that I love.”
